Im back....

My husband flew out on a plane this morn...back to Iraq he goes. We had a very busy, yet fun filled, 2 weeks together tho. Somehow it just doesnt seem enough when it comes time to head back to the airport. :(

I am kind of back now altho I have a lot going on right now, so once again my artwork has to take the backseat for a bit. >.< Sometimes it is really rough. While I love being so busy and always on the go....there are times when I pause for a split second and think "Dang, I am being spread awfully thin...I wish I had more time to enjoy this, or that."

Anyhoo, the good news is that I got a new graphics tablet for my B-day as well as a new Printer/Scanner combo and my hubby got them both hooked up for me as well as my new laptop. :) I also have a 4GB junk drive to put all my artwork and misc references etc on so once things slow down....I will be ready to dive into some new work.

More good news...I am getting a new puppy! While no other can replace my beloved Teddy (R.I.P. Mar 08), I am ready to accept another into my life. I am excited and a little nervous...cant wait to add her to my family. You'll prolly be seeing plenty of artwork of her posted here in the future! :)
